My name is George Vickers, age 36, fair hair, 6 foot. I am the author of the poems on these pages. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I have enjoyed writing them.

CLEAR BLUE SKY One warm day as the sun shone high Way on up in the clear blue sky Without a cloud to be seen Wondering where you have been. As your laying down on the grass It's cutting you up like a piece of glass You shake and shiver as you wither away Laying down on the sweet smelling hay. As the time is flashing by As you're looking at the clear blue sky As you lay there one thing pops to mind To think of my love which only you can find. Your love is so strong when I see you I love you my sweetheart through and through As I look at the clear blue sky I think of you with a tear in my eye.
MY FEELINGS ARE HURT My feelings are oh so bad That is maybe why I am sad I've been in pain from the start No wonder I have a broken heart. I feel as if I have no heart That's how I felt from the start My heart is beating oh so slow I'm so sorry that I carn't show. If my heart is threatening to stop I carn't wait for it to pop When it does nobody will care They will only stand and stare. When I've gone nobody will know I'm just going along with the flow I'm going so slow I will stop I just carn't wait to drop. When I drop it will be for good That's when I will hit the wood I feel so weak it's hard to see I think it would be best for me. The time is coming for me to go Even though I'm so slow I've started something I don't what It's about time to forget the lot. Done by George T Vickers
YOUR CLOSE TO MY HEART The softness in me is for you I don't know what to do My life is so empty without you to hold I don't know why you'r so cold. Your close to my heart and always will be my love is so strongthat only you can see. Your close to my heart Only I can see That I love you to bits If only you could agree. My heart is so weak that you don't understand all I want from you is to hold your hand your close to my heart you will always know this all I want from you is to hold and to have a kiss Done by GEORGE T VICKERS
