How was it?

- Its good, gets you out of the house. You're not just sat around, you're doing something to get your life back on track.

- After volunteering, I find that I use the Centre a lot more, joining in with the activities.

- I come to the activities now and I know the people. It's nice having everything in one place and not having to traipse all over town.

- It has increased my awareness of how much is involved in the work of the Centre and it has helped me to be able to socialise with people outside of the usual lot.

- I have to look after my friend and I don't have much free time, but this gives me something to do for myself.

- The training is good for your CV, particularly as I want to do more work.

- Nice people, friendly atmosphere.

I'm coming every Monday to make lunch. I like coming here because they need volunteers. Where else can I go? I'm looking for some part-time cleaning job. It can get me some money.
